Edmond L. Lonergan - President/CEO

Mr. Lonergan assumed the position of President/CEO in June 2004 and is responsible for EMTA's overall performance and growth strategy. In addition, Mr. Lonergan founded Corporate Architects, Inc. which is a merger and acquisition consulting business specializing in mergers of private companies into public companies. To date, Corporate Architects has taken more than 20 companies into the public arena. From 1968 to present Mr. Lonergan has founded and operated numerous high tech corporations one of which became a public corporation. This company was honored by Inc. Magazine for becoming the 28th fastest growing high tech company in 1992. Previously, Mr. Lonergan has held the positions of Board Chairman, President, CEO, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Finance, Director of Research, Operating Manager, Manager of Software Development and Product Development Consultant. Mr. Lonergan was also selected to be a member of the White House Small Business Committee during the Carter Administration.

Don Borba - President EMTA Corp.

Mr. Borba brings to EMTA Corp. thirty years of diversified sales and marketing experience including startups, turnarounds and large multi-national companies. Mr. Borba has an extensive background in consumer products and has successfully built numerous national retail distribution channels for products that have become household brand names, including Slick50. In addition, Mr. Borba brings skill sets that include financial and process optimization, strategic planning, marketing analysis, business development, alliances, contracts, and operations.

Jim White - Vice President of Marketing

Mr. White began his career in motor sports 30 years ago in the world of drag racing - first as a mechanic, then a driver and ultimately a driver/ team owner. In 1991 driving the famed "Hawaiian Punch/Mopar" sponsored Funny Car he set the NHRA world speed record six times in one year. By winning the "Bud Shoot Out" and the "U.S. Nationals" the same weekend, history was made as it was only the third time this was ever accomplished. Negotiating with large corporate sponsors took Jim White into the business world. After racing, he worked directly with world class speaker/trainer Tom Hopkins on large corporate management/training programs. Business endeavors that followed include three years with zMax® Micro-Lubricants, rising to National sales Manager. As VP of Marketing Mr. White worked with ProResponse, creators of the Customer Relations Management program, used by hundreds of major auto manufacture dealers and RV dealer organizations across the US. The past few years lead Mr. White to the motorcycle industry where as VP of Sales he set up a dealer network and directed sales for Steed Muscle Bikes custom motorcycles.

Charles E. Yerkes - Vice President of Commercial/Industrial Sales

Mr. Yerkes assumed responsibility for Sales to the Commercial and Industrial markets in June 2005. Charles has 30 years experience in the lubrication industry. Prior to joining EMTA Corporation, Mr. Yerkes was responsible for distributor network development and finished lubricant sales for Infinity Petroleum, Inc. His lubrication experience includes sales and service of high performance specialty lubricants in the Heavy Duty Off-road Construction Industry, Automotive, Mining, Quarry and Manufacturing Industries. He has held senior management positions with IMSCO, Inc., Whitmore Manufacturing, and Infinity Petroleum, Inc. Charles has international experience in Europe, South America, Mexico and Canada.

James G. MacNeil - Vice President of Research and Development

Dr. MacNeil joined the EMTA team in February of 2007. He has extensive experience in the lubricant additive industry. He has held positions in R&D, product development, sales, marketing and most recently was General Manager of a Midwestern lubricant additive plant where he had full responsibility for the manufacturing and profitability of the entire product line. He has also been involved in several acquisitions. Dr. MacNeil has authored several patents for new products that have been successfully commercialized. He has been active in the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) and the American Chemical Society. He is a past Chairman of the Cleveland Section of the Society of Tribologists and Engineers (STLE).

James Marshall - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marshall has previously held certificates from Arizona, Michigan, California, Illinois and Florida. Mr. Marshall has been a director of REIT Americas, Inc. since August 2005. He has and continues to be the chief financial officer for Safepay Solutions, Inc. since March of 2006. Mr. Marshall was chief financial officer for Bronco Energy Fund, Inc. from December 2004 through April 2006, and a director and chairman of the audit committee of Fidelis Energy, Inc. from October 2003 through February 2005. Mr. Marshall was the founder and chief executive officer of Residential Resources Mortgage Investments Corporation, RRR AMEX, a mortgage based REIT with assets in excess of $400 million and a staff of 42. Prior to March 1985, Mr. Marshall was the National Finance Partner for Kenneth Leventhal & Company and was Managing Partner of that firm's Phoenix Office for five years. Career experiences include responsibilities for major land acquisitions and dispositions and their structuring. His audit and tax experience included publicly-held companies for which Mr. Marshall was responsible for banks, savings and loan associations, real estate developers, mortgage bankers, insurance companies, builders and contractors. Mr. Marshall performs accounting, consulting and tax services for his clients. Mr. Marshall has more than 35 years audit and tax experience on a wide range of public and private companies.
